Delivery and Pickup
– When you place an order online, the Pet Oxygen 24 team will make every effort to complete delivery within the estimated timeframe; however, we cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated schedule.
– Pet Oxygen 24 insures each order during transit until it is delivered to your designated address or collected. Upon collection or receipt of the products, you will be required to sign a confirmation of receipt, at which point responsibility for the goods transfers to you. If the recipient or person collecting is not the original purchaser, or if the order is a gift, you accept that their signature serves as proof of delivery, confirms that Pet Oxygen 24 has fulfilled the order, and acknowledges the corresponding transfer of responsibility. We offer free delivery and cash-on-delivery options for orders of HK$1,000 or above. For orders under HK$1,000, payment must be made via bank transfer, and items will be dispatched once confirmed by Pet Oxygen 24. In accordance with the Ordinance, the Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access requests.
Rental Terms and Conditions
(1) Rented and purchased items are non-refundable.
(2) Agreement Termination: Please notify Pet Oxygen 24 at least 7 days before the expiration date.
(3) Deposit Refund: Pet Oxygen will issue a cheque within 7 days after the medical equipment is returned to Pet Oxygen 24.
(4) The renter understands that the use of medical equipment should be guided by a physician's advice. Pet Oxygen 24 is not responsible for any health issues.
(5) If the medical equipment is damaged, the renter will be charged 10%–20% of the product's retail price as compensation, and all parts must be returned to Pet Oxygen 24.
(6) If the medical equipment is lost, the renter will be charged 80% of the product's retail price as compensation.
(7) The medical equipment must not be subleased or resold to others.
(8) Pet Oxygen 24 reserves the right to make the final decision.

Online or Offline Ordering
All ordered goods or deposits are non-refundable. Because purchase orders are processed by computer systems, they cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. Pet Oxygen 24 is not liable for any order issues arising from computer systems.
After placing an order, even if additional purchases of the same or other items are made on the same day, Pet Oxygen 24 may treat them as a separate order and charge relevant postage and handling fees. Please ensure your orders are submitted accurately.
For orders placed online, regardless of the transaction, Pet Oxygen 24 reserves the right to cancel the transaction after notifying the customer, even if the computer system indicates that the transaction has been completed. Pet Oxygen 24 reserves the final right to accept or decline any purchase order.
When completing an order form, customers must ensure that their name, email address, phone number, and delivery address are accurate to ensure the prompt arrival of the goods. Pet Oxygen 24 is not responsible or liable for any loss caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
If a customer fails to complete payment via PayPal and notify Pet Oxygen 24 within three days, the transaction will be cancelled automatically.
All products sold are photographed from actual items. However, due to environmental conditions, lighting, printing variations, and image composition during shooting, actual items may differ slightly from the photos. We appreciate your understanding.
If a product sold is defective, please bring the delivery note and receipt to a Pet Oxygen 24 store within 7 business days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Items not returned or exchanged within this period will be deemed accepted and delivered in full.
Most of our merchandise consists of genuine imported goods. Pet Oxygen 24 will make every effort to ensure sufficient stock; however, we kindly ask for your understanding that occasional shortages may arise from import shipping delays. Should a shortage occur, Pet Oxygen 24 will notify the customer separately, and refunds resulting from out-of-stock items will be returned within one month. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Due to tax differences among countries, product prices do not include local customs duties or sales taxes. All goods sold are strictly for personal use by customers and may not be used for any commercial purposes. Pet Oxygen 24 reserves the right to decline any order suspected of being intended for commercial use.
Pet Oxygen 24 reserves the right to unilaterally amend all of the above and other terms regarding the sale of goods without prior notice. If a customer disagrees, they may discontinue using the online ordering service, and existing confirmed orders will not be affected.
Regarding delivery services, the Company utilizes SF Express and Hongkong Post. Your rights concerning the transit of goods are governed by the terms and conditions of these respective carriers, which you may request to review. By using our services, you agree to our appointment of SF Express or Hongkong Post to handle all shipping matters on your behalf. The Company accepts no liability for any acts, omissions, or faults of the respective carriers. If SF Express, Hongkong Post, or the supplier is unable to contact you for delivery within 30 days, Pet Oxygen 24 reserves the right to cancel the order without providing a refund.
Overseas Orders / Shipping Notes
(1) If goods are delivered outside Hong Kong, you will be considered the importer in your local jurisdiction. You may be required to pay surcharges, various taxes, or register and apply for import licenses for the goods in the destination country. These fees and documentation requirements depend entirely on the laws of the delivery destination. Pet Oxygen 24 cannot control or estimate the amount of such charges, nor does Pet Oxygen 24 assume any legal responsibility for such payments or documentation procedures. If customers have any questions about import duties and regulations in their country, please contact your local customs authorities. (2) By clicking "Confirm" to finalize your order, you agree and accept full responsibility for all surcharges, taxes, or import documentation procedures for shipping the ordered products. (3) Choosing "Express Delivery" offers faster shipping times; however, according to customer feedback, express shipments may still be delayed by destination customs clearance and taxation. Please note that the recipient assumes full responsibility for all customs matters and tax liabilities. (4) If a shipment is rejected and returned to Pet Oxygen 24, we will deduct the shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping), handling fees, and a return order processing fee (15% of the total order value), and refund the remaining balance to the customer. Note: Because the payment of surcharges, taxes, or registration/application for import permits involves local import regulations, we must truthfully declare the product value. Certain countries even mandate that detailed documents of the contents, including values, be attached to the exterior of the parcel for customs clearance. Therefore, under no circumstances can we modify the value of the goods on customs documents at a customer's request.
