How to Order
Fill out the online form. Once received, we will send an official invoice. Upon receiving your proof of payment, we will arrange delivery immediately.
24-Hour Delivery Service: We recommend placing orders before 10:00 PM whenever possible to secure special nighttime delivery arrangements, as nighttime hours may affect response times for messages and phone calls.

Bank Transfer and PayMe
*Purchasing an Oxygen Concentrator: We also offer purchase plans for brand-new oxygen concentrators with a 2-year free warranty. Please feel free to call or WhatsApp us for inquiries. Alternatively, you can order and pay directly via our online store. Online payment methods can be viewed at the bottom of this page or selected during checkout.
Delivery Service
Our pickup and delivery service (Plan A and Plan A Plus only) is included in the rental fee.
Customers on Plan B and C enjoy one-way free delivery, and can utilize our machine collection service upon return ($200 per trip – standard delivery areas only).
*Remote Areas and Stairs: For deliveries to remote locations or addresses requiring stair climbing, surcharges will apply based on the specific circumstances.
*Nighttime or Adverse Weather Conditions: We understand that furry friends may need urgent support. Upon request, we can arrange delivery at night or during adverse weather conditions; any additional fees will be clearly specified on the official invoice.
Order Cancellation
If an official invoice has been issued but no proof of payment is provided, we reserve the right to allocate the oxygen concentrator to the next customer on the waiting list. If an order is canceled after payment confirmation but prior to dispatch, the rental fee paid is non-refundable. For purchased accessories, delivery to your address constitutes a completed transaction and is non-refundable; if accessories have not yet been dispatched, their cost can be refunded.
Machine Return and Deposit Refund Arrangements
Please notify us at least 2 days before the rental expiry date to arrange machine collection. After the machine is returned and inspected, the deposit will be refunded via cheque or PayMe (exclusive to customers who paid via PayMe), typically processed within three business days.
Machine Irregularities
Unable to confirm the machine's condition: We suggest taking a short video and sending it to our WhatsApp; we will get back to you as soon as possible.
General wear and tear or malfunction: We will replace the oxygen concentrator as appropriate. Replacements are typically handled during the day. If an immediate replacement cannot be made within a few days, you may need to consider alternative arrangements for your pet, and we will do our utmost to assist.
Misuse, Loss, or Damage: In the event of loss of the oxygen concentrator or accessories, or any human-caused damage, compensation will be charged according to the following rates:
– Minor damage where the machine remains operational: 10-20% of the machine price
– Severe damage resulting in inoperability or loss: 80% of the machine price
